1Nature of the Service and AI-Generation Labeling

This service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to turn solo or two-person photos you upload into story-driven images and short films, with a focus on couple memories and romantic scenes. All output is AI-synthesized and is not a record of any real event; the service clearly labels content as AI-generated on the relevant pages.

The quality of AI generation depends on the quality of the source photo, and the service does not guarantee that results will be 100% identical to the actual person. The service applies a quality-verification threshold: results that do not pass similarity verification are not delivered, and points are refunded automatically under Section 3.

2Point Rules

• ♡Points are this service's "unit of usage measurement," redeemable only for the service's own generation features; each point costs NT$30.
• ♡Current pricing: 1 point(s) per image; animated video 2 points for 5 seconds and 4 points for 10 seconds (the on-site announcement prevails).
• ♡Paid points have no expiration date.
• ♡Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any third-party goods or services; they can only be redeemed for this service's own generation features.
• ♡When generation fails or does not meet the quality threshold, the system automatically refunds the points consumed for that attempt; cash refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws.
• ♡An electronic invoice (e-invoice) will be issued in accordance with the law within 7 business days after payment is completed, and sent to your sign-in email.

3Delivery Standard and Automatic Point Refund

Every generation undergoes automatic quality verification (a face-similarity gate): a result is delivered only if it passes; if it does not pass, it is not delivered, the points for that attempt are refunded automatically, and the task page is marked "refunded — below threshold."

Before generation begins, uploaded photos also undergo a free photo-quality pre-check (face size / angle / clarity); photos rejected at pre-check do not consume points.

4User Warranties and Prohibited Conduct

• ♡You warrant that the photos you upload are of yourself, or that you have obtained the explicit consent of the person depicted.
• ♡Uploading photos in which a minor appears alone is prohibited.
• ♡Uploading photos of public figures or celebrities, or any photo that infringes another person's portrait rights, copyright, or privacy, is prohibited.
• ♡Using generated content for fraud, harassment, defamation, the spread of false information, or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited.
• ♡If you violate this section, the service may refuse service, remove content, and terminate your account without refunding points already consumed; you bear sole legal responsibility for content generated as a result.

5License to Generated Works

Once a generated work is delivered, you obtain the right to use it for "personal, non-commercial purposes" — you may download, keep, and share it on your personal social media. Without the service's written consent, you may not use the work for commercial purposes (including advertising, sale, or commercial promotion).

6Brand and Event Statement

This service is an independent fan-cheering creative tool and has no affiliation, sponsorship, or authorization relationship with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) or any event organizer, team, or league; the service does not use any official event logo or official event name anywhere on the site.

7Free Trial Tier

Each account may generate one free low-resolution watermarked preview image. Free-tier output is for trial only; its resolution and watermark limitations are not subject to the point-refund rules, and free-tier output is not eligible for animation.

8Service Changes, Suspension, and Limitation of Liability

• ♡The service may suspend or discontinue some features due to system maintenance, third-party service failures, or similar causes; where points are consumed but undelivered due to causes attributable to the service, they are refunded under Section 3.
• ♡The service is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit; where the law provides mandatory rules, those rules apply.
• ♡If these Terms are amended, the change will be announced on the site; material changes will be notified by appropriate means before they take effect.

9Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Except where the law provides otherwise by mandatory rule, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance; consumer disputes may be filed with a consumer ombudsman or local mediation committee under the Consumer Protection Act.
