Refunds, invoices & credit terms
If a creation fails, nothing is delivered and those credits are refunded automatically — and the free photo check never costs you a credit either.
Payments are handled by ECPay (we never touch your card number). Your e-invoice is issued within 7 business days of payment and sent to your sign-in email.
Paid credits never expire — they won't evaporate while they sit. They're redeemable only for story creation on this site, and can't be transferred or cashed out for money or third-party goods.
